Dr Bob has three major areas of practice.

1]  Helping Parents & Children.

He is a distinguished clinical psychologist who helps parents solve high conflict issues in the best interest of their children. This is accomplished by conducting custody evaluations and by serving as a parent coordinator and facilitator.

2]  Assisting Boomers & Seniors.

Dr.Bob is an expert in senior psychology and elder law. In coordination with their lawyers, he helps Boomers and Seniors develop successful life plans for their best future. This is accomplished by developing a purpose, positive attitude and game plan for the 4th quarter of life. Included in this service is the option of having the latest techniques to assist Seniors with improving their memory and sharpening their judgment and reasoning.

3]  Consulting with Attorneys & Judges.

A skilled authority in trial and settlement science, Dr.Bob assists lawyers helping their corporate and individual clients win and successfully settle their important cases. These vital services include in-person and online focus groups, witness preparation so that witnesses can testify in a persuasive, truthful and likable way in deposition, courtroom and arbitration proceedings. Another technique involves summary jury trials which are directed by the parties to a dispute or by the Court. All services are offered in a competent, ethical and enjoyable way.

Dr. Bob's credentials include 35 years of successful practice. He has served as President of the Texas Psychological Association and Chair of the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. He is the recipient of the prized "Distinguished Psychologist Award" for his accomplishments in integrating the fields of behavioral science and the law for the practical solution of difficult problems. He is the director of WIN, the Wilmington Institute Network. WIN provides consultative and publishing services. Its Experts Panel and Editorial Board is composed of outstanding teachers, practitioners and research scientists.

Dr. Gordon's work has been featured on Larry King Live, the Lehrer News Hour, CNN, Fox and MSNBC. He has lectured at U.T. Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, the University of Houston Law School and the State Bar of Texas. Dr. Gordon has helped clients in over 40 States and in numerous European, Asian and South American Countries. He has been appointed by Texas Courts to provide services to the State.
